These terms govern your use of the Groovinads Analytics connector for Looker Studio (the "Connector"), provided by OsAdsPro SRL, Francisco Borges 2802, Olivos, Vicente López (CP 1636), Buenos Aires, Argentina ("Groovinads", "we"). By authorizing or using the Connector you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that organization.
The Connector lets Looker Studio read advertising performance data from your Groovinads account (for example impressions, clicks, conversions and spend) so you can build reports. It only reads data; it does not create or change campaigns.
You need an active Groovinads user linked to the Google account you authorize. You only see data for the clients your Groovinads user has access to. Your use of the Groovinads platform itself remains governed by your agreement with Groovinads.
You are responsible for who can view the Looker Studio reports and data sources you create and share. When a report uses viewer credentials, each viewer needs their own Groovinads access. Do not use the Connector to get around access controls, overload our API, or extract data you are not entitled to.
Your data remains yours or your clients'. We process it only to provide the Connector, as described in our Privacy Policy. Looker Studio and other Google services are governed by Google's own terms.
The Connector is free. Access to the Groovinads platform is subject to your existing agreement.
We may update, limit or discontinue the Connector, including the fields it offers. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Connector is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Reported figures may differ from final billing figures because of data processing delays.
To the extent permitted by law, Groovinads is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Connector.
You can stop using the Connector at any time by revoking its access in your Google account or removing it from Looker Studio. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or your Groovinads account ends.
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
